\nThe victim reported that he had exited his home to check the mailbox when the suspect, his neighbor, walked up to him and spat on him, despite a restraining order against the suspect. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nResponding officers arrived at the location and made contact with the victim and witness, who reported that one of the three suspects had been observed leaning into a car immediately after there was the sound of glass breaking. After further investigation, the suspects were also linked to a second vandalism of a different vehicle. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>The suspects were arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
