\nThe victim reported that he had confronted the suspect, who had been yelling at random people in the area, and told the suspect to leave the people alone. The suspect respond angrily and pushed the victim before hitting the vicim with a bicycle seat. The suspect then stated that he would return with a gun. Responding officers located the suspect and detained him without incident. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to meet with BART police regarding two suspects who were being detained for stolen property. Responding officers arrived at the location and observed multiple packages addressed to different people inside a garbage bag. After further investigation, one of the suspects admitted to being inside the building and taking the packages. A computer check also revealed an arrest warrant for one of the suspects. One\u00a0suspect was arrested for the warrant and the second suspect was cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
