\nOfficers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victim reported that the suspect, a construction worker that had been working next door, had trespassed on to her balcony and looked through the window at her. The victim responded by telling the suspect to leave. The suspect then left after he finished his work on the balcony. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe witness reported that they had heard the sounds of gun shots and observed the suspect shooting a gun in an unknown direction when they went to investigate. Responding officers arrived at the location and attempted to detain the suspect, who initially refused to comply with the officer’s orders and immediately disappeared behind a wall before reappearing. During that time, another officer observed that the suspect had thrown a firearm into nearby bushes. The suspect was then detained without further incident. After further investigation, the\u00a0<\/span>suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
