Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a woman who stated that an unknown suspect robbed her with a handgun. The woman was standing on the street when an unknown suspect approached her. The unknown suspect pointed a black handgun at her and ordered her to give him everything. The woman handed over her bag.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect: Black male, 5\u20196\u201d, 20-22 years old, brown eyes. LSW: Unknown colored hoody, pants, or shoes; Black ski mask and black handgun. Holds gun with left hand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Forcible Entry<br \/>\n4:45pm<br \/>\n2000 San Jose Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a residential burglary with forcible entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a woman who stated that she secured all the windows and doors of her residence when she left. When she returned to her residence, she noticed the front door was force opened and burned. She also noticed that most of her personal belongings were scattered all over. Based on the officer\u2019s preliminary investigation, they determined the point of entry and exit to be the front door.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest<br \/>\n11:15am<br \/>\n14th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers observed a vehicle parked with the trunk left opened. The officers approached the vehicle and observed two people inside. When the officers asked the people for identification, the passenger immediately stated that she had a warrant. The officers ran a computer check that revealed that the woman did have a warrant. The officers arrested and booked the woman for the warrant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<br \/>\n1:31am<br \/>\nQuintara St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a theft. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers spoke to a woman who stated that she heard the street manhole cover being opened. Two unknown suspects came out of the hole with equipment. After exiting the street manhole, the suspects fled the scene.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect 1: White male, 5\u201910\u201d, 160 lbs, brown hair. LSW: Unknown color flannel shirt, jeans, brown colored neck length hair.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect 2: Male, 5\u20198\u201d, 150 lbs. LSW: Black hooded sweatshirt and black jeans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from Building<br \/>\n6:27pm<br \/>\n100 West Portal Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer attempted to contact the victim of a theft. When the officer called, a woman who was not the victim answered the phone. The woman stated that the victim was her mother. They were able to locate the stolen item in their residence. She stated that the item was never stolen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from Locked Vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n9:08pm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 San Diego Ave<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief \u2013 Vandalism to Vehicle<br \/>\n1:30pm<br \/>\n46th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to vandalism to a vehicle report. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers contacted a man who stated that an unknown suspect tagged his car and cut the lock off his trailer. The officers observed that there were graffiti markings on the vehicle, and that the suspect used a permanent marker.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving without a Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Speeding &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n1:45am<br \/>\n40th Ave and Lincoln<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a vehicle accident. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a man who stated his vehicle collided into a parked and unoccupied vehicle. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The officer cited the man for driving without a driver\u2019s license and speeding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving without a Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Using a Wireless Device While Driving &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n6:02pm<br \/>\nSouth Madrone St and Vicente St<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer observed a woman who was driving holding and talking into a wireless device. The officer affected a traffic stop on the vehicle and conducted a computer query. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a woman who stated that when she returned home, she noticed that the front security gate and garage side door were open. The woman entered a room of the residence and discovered that several rooms were ransacked. There were several personal belongings missing from the rooms. The officer\u2019s investigation revealed that the unknown suspect(s) entered the property by unknown means, and forced their way through the door barrier to enter each room. The unknown suspect(s) exited the location through their point of entry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Unlawful Entry<br \/>\n4:52pm<br \/>\n100 Urbano Dr<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a residential burglary with unlawful entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a man who stated that someone unlawfully entered his garage and stole a personal belonging of his. A contractor at the scene also stated that someone stole his construction tools. There was no damage or forced entry into the garage and all doors were found shut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<br \/>\n1:31am<br \/>\nQuintara St<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a theft. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a woman who stated that she heard the manhole cover being opened. She then observed two unknown suspects leave the manhole and flee the scene. An ambulance was present at the scene to provide emergency medical services. Upon the officer&#8217;s arrival, the fire department trucks were on scene for a emergency response. Subsequently, the Red Cross responded to this fire report to assist the victims.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving with an Expired License \u2013 Driving with Expired Registration &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n2:35pm<br \/>\n19th Ave and Quintara St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers observed a moving vehicle with expired registration. The officers affected a traffic stop on the vehicle and identified the driver. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers observed several injuries on a man, and called for medical assistance. A witness helped the officers identify the individual who caused the injuries. After the officers spoke to both parties and evaluated the incident, they concluded that the incident between the two men appeared to be mutual combat. Neither man was arrested for battery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest<br \/>\n1:52pm<br \/>\n300 Niantic Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a verbal argument call. Once the officers were able to abate the argument, the officers then conducted a warrant check. They discovered that one of the individuals had an outstanding warrant in an outside jurisdiction. The officers then booked the individual at Taraval Station.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft From Building<br \/>\n4:20pm<br \/>\n2000 Irving St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a theft from building incident. Upon arrival, the officers met with a store employee that stated an unknown suspect walked into the store and asked to see a product. After a short while, the alarm went off and the product was cut loose. The store employee then saw the suspect running away from the store. The manager of the store was able to retrieve a video footage of the incident.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect: Asian male, 5\u20199, approximately 165 pounds between the ages 30 \u2013 40. LSW: Grey jacket, jeans, and sneakers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Investigative Detention<br \/>\n5:04pm<br \/>\nRandolph St and Victoria St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers in full uniform responded to an auto boost. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met with some witnesses who were able to identify the suspect. The officers then detained the man until the owner of the boosted vehicle stated that she did not want to press charges. The suspect was then released at the scene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>False Personation<br \/>\n4:40pm<br \/>\n19th Ave and Judah St<\/strong><br \/>\nA man came to Taraval Station to report fraud. She stated someone used her identity and received a citation as a result of this identity theft. She stated she did not give or authorize anyone to use her identification as their own.<\/p>\n<p><strong>False Personation to Receive Money<br \/>\n7:59pm<br \/>\n100 Urbano Dr<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of fraud. Upon arrival at the scene, the victim told the officers that he received a phone call from an unknown suspect stating that he was from the IRS and that the man owed money from a previous audit. The man did as the caller instructed and was scammed out of his money.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aided Case<br \/>\n7:20pm<br \/>\nVicente St and Sunset Blvd<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to the area of Sunset Blvd and Vicente St to investigate a report of some intoxicated individuals. The officer searched the area and located an individual that was stumbling, unable to speak and was bleeding from scrapes. The officers called for an ambulance to transport him to a hospital.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from Locked Vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n12:45pm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 500 Harold Ave<br \/>\n12:45pm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3000 20th Ave<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recovered Vehicles<\/strong><br \/>\n2:00pm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 California St and Hyde St\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1993 Grey Nissan Pickup<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lost property<\/strong><br \/>\n12:30pm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1000 Funston Ave<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUNDAY, May 4th, 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Battery<br \/>\n4:31pm<br \/>\n700 Taraval St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a battery report at a store. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer spoke with the victim who told the officers that while he was at work an unknown suspect harassed him and called him names. Eventually he requested the security to escort him out of the store. While the suspect was outside the store he threw coins and spat at the victim\u2019s face before taking off in a vehicle.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect: Indian\/Middle Eastern Male 6\u20192, approximately 250 pounds, between the ages 20 \u2013 25, LSW: A red only navy athletic league logo hooded sweatshirt and black shorts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Battery<br \/>\n4:49pm<br \/>\n19th Ave and Lincoln Way<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a battery incident that happened on a MUNI bus. The victim told the officers that while he was on the bus an unknown suspect constantly looked at him, and eventually the suspect began to punch him. The bus driver then immediately stopped the bus after hearing the punches. The suspect then fled the scene on foot.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect: African American Male 5\u20198, approximately 150 pounds, between the ages 28 \u2013 32. LSW: Light skin, short hair, mustache, wearing white T-shirt, and grey pants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Burglary \u2013 Possession of Burglary tools \u2013 Warrant Arrest<br \/>\n2:16pm<br \/>\n3000 20th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a burglary incident. Upon arrival, the officers spoke with a loss prevention agent who told the officers that the suspect was already detained. The loss prevention agent observed the suspect cut off security sensors from multiple items with a tool and conceal them in a bag. The suspect then walked out the store without paying for any of the items. The officers conducted a records check on the suspect which revealed two active warrants. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The suspect was booked for burglary and the two active warrants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Robbery With Weapon &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n6:31pm<br \/>\n2000 Taraval Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a robbery with weapon incident. Upon arrival at the scene, a store employee told the officers that the suspect went into the store and stole some items. The employee demanded that the suspect return the items, however the suspect then pulled out a box cutter and threatened the store employee before returning the items. After the incident, the suspect fled the scene. However, the officers were able to locate the suspect. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The suspect was arrested and booked for robbery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspicious Occurrence<br \/>\n7:16pm<br \/>\n100 Arch St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers were dispatched to an incident that involved terrorist threats. The officers met with a woman who stated that she had a dispute with her neighbor. She stated that her neighbors threatened to assault her; however she was not afraid for her safety at the immediate moment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspicious Occurrence \u2013 Harassing Phone Calls<br \/>\n9:19pm<br \/>\n2000 37th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman came to Taraval Station to report someone that was harassing her with phone calls and texts. The woman stated that she told the suspect to stop calling her; however the suspect continues to do so.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vandalism to Vehicle<br \/>\n1:09pm<br \/>\n300 Arballo Dr<\/strong><br \/>\nA man came to Taraval station to report vandalism to her vehicle. She stated that she left her vehicle in a parking lot in good condition. However, when she arrived back at her vehicle she noticed that an unknown suspect used a tool to scratched the paint on her vehicle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving with Expired License &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n4:50pm<br \/>\nSloat Blvd and Crestlake<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer in full uniform and in a marked patrol vehicle conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving over the speed limit. The officer identified the driver with her California Drivers license. However, the computer query showed that the license were expired and invalid. The woman released the vehicle to another driver who possessed a valid driver\u2019s license and insurance. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The woman was cited for driving over the speed limit and for driving with an expired driver\u2019s license.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving Without Driver\u2019s License &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n5:42pm<br \/>\nGreat Highway and Rivera St<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer in full uniform on a marked SFPD motorcycle conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that did not come to a complete stop at a stop sign. The officer identified the driver with his UK driver\u2019s license. A computer check revealed that the driver\u2019s California license was expired. Due to the vehicle being legally parked the vehicle was not towed. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The driver was cited for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign and for driving with an expired driver\u2019s license.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving Without Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<br \/>\n5:55pm<br \/>\nOcean Ave and Miramar St<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer observed a vehicle slowing down, however the brake lights did not illuminate. The officer then conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver by his foreign identification card. A computer query revealed that the driver was never issued a California Driver\u2019s License. She told the officer that she last saw her registration tab on her rear license plate in the early evening. The next morning, she noticed that it was gone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from a Locked Vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n7:03am\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2600 Great Highway\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2007 Silver Nissan Quest<br \/>\n8:00am\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lake Merced Boulevard\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a02014 Black Mercedes Benz ML 350<\/p>\n<p><strong>Firearms Turn In By Public<br \/>\n12:45 pm<br \/>\n4000 19th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a firearm turn in. Upon arriving at the scene, the officers met with a lady. The lady stated that the weapons were her deceased fathers and she couldn\u2019t take them with her to their native homeland. The officers booked the firearms, ammo, and property receipt at Taraval Station.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspicious Occurrence<br \/>\n9:38 am<br \/>\n24th Avenue<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer in full uniform and marked police vehicle responded to a call about a suspicious occurrence. Upon arrival, the officer met with a woman who stated that she was walking her dog when she noticed a plate with meatballs and several white pills sitting on some bushes. The items were collected by CSI for further analyses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Death Report \u2013 Cause Unknown<br \/>\n8:23 am<br \/>\n1300 34th Avenue<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer was dispatched to a report of a death. Upon arrival, the officer was met by the victim\u2019s wife. She told the officer that she last saw her husband alive on Sunday night. A friend of victim was over and informed the wife that her husband was throwing up and then non-responsive. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a man who stated that he locked and secured the garage before he left. When the man returned, he discovered that the garage door was opened and several of his tools were missing. The officer determined the point of entry to be the garage door.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest<br \/>\n5:13am<br \/>\n21st Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a warrant arrest. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers saw a man matching the description given to them. The man stated that he was upset because there were several men bothering him. When the officers conducted a computer query on the man, they discovered that he was on parole and had a no bail warrant. The officers booked the man for the no bail warrant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Investigative Detention &#8211; Muni<br \/>\n7:21pm<br \/>\n1000 Ocean Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers were dispatched to a report of a person refusing to exit a Muni bus at the end of its run. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met the driver of the Muni bus who stated that a passenger refused to leave the bus. When the officers boarded the bus, they noticed there were several items on the passenger with the price stickers and magnetic security devices still attached. The officers ran computer queries on the items with negative results. The officers issued the man a certificate of release and released him at the scene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft \u2013 Shoplifting \u2013 Cited<br \/>\n5:07pm<br \/>\n3000 20th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a shoplifting incident. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met the loss prevention associate who stated that she observed the suspect take store merchandise without paying and attempt to exit the store. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a man who stated that earlier he left his car in undamaged condition. When the man later returned to his vehicle, he observed that the rear windshield was shattered, and there was a small dent on the trunk lid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief \u2013 Tire Slashing<br \/>\n6:45pm<br \/>\n300 Eucalyptus Dr<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman came into Taraval Station to file a vandalism report. The woman stated to the officer that earlier she parked and locked her vehicle in a parking lot. When the woman later returned to her vehicle, she discovered that an unknown suspect slashed one of the tires. The woman stated that she has no problems with anyone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspicious Occurrence<br \/>\n12:22pm<br \/>\n2000 34th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nA man came into Taraval Station to report a suspicious occurrence. The man stated to the officer that he was in his residence when his doorbell rang. When the man answered the door, there were two unknown suspects who stated to him that they were from AT&amp;T. When the two unknown suspects asked him for his social security number, he asked them to leave.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect 1: White Female, 5\u20194, 25-35 years old, 130 lbs, blonde hair.
