Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited – Case# 210349321<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of a driver that was unconscious inside a vehicle that was in the middle of the road. Responding officers located the vehicle and also observed that a bottle of alcohol was located on the floorboard, on the passenger’s side, next to the driver. <\/span>\u00a0After further\u00a0investigation, the<\/span>\u00a0driver showed signs of intoxication and\u00a0<\/span>the driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
