\nThe victim reported that she had heard her doorbell ring but did not answer it. However, the victim looked at her security system and observed the suspect setting an advertisement flier on fire and dropping it inside her gate. The flier then extinguished itself and did not cause any damages. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report that the suspect had pulled the building’s fire alarm and then threatened the victim, a security guard, when he deactivated the alarm after investigating the incident. The victim stated that the suspect, who had a history of being involved in numerous incidents, had exited her apartment while holding a hammer before threatening the victim.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
