\nThe witness reported that he was parking his vehicle when he observed five suspects hitting the victim, who was on the ground. Responding officers arrived at the location and made contact with the victim. However, the victim refused to speak with the officers despite being injured. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim reported that the suspect had hit his vehicle before running away but returned shortly afterwards. A computer check revealed that the suspect’s license had been suspended.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim, a security guard, reported that he had stopped the suspect from entering the store because it had reached capacity in regards to social distancing requirements and asked the suspect to wait. The suspect responded angrily and started to hit the victim. The victim stated that he punched the suspect during the incident. After an investigation and reviewing the security video, the suspect was cited.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
