\nOfficers responded to a report of a fire and arrived at the location as SFFD was extinguishing the fire. The officers were notified that the suspect was still inside the building and had refused to come out. Eventually, however, the suspect climbed out of the bathroom window and down a firefighter’s ladder. The suspect stated that he did not live in the house, had entered through an unlocked door and did not start the fire. A computer check on the suspect revealed an arrest warrant.<\/span>\u00a0The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers were in the area conducting speed enforcement using LIDAR and observed a vehicle traveling over 65 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver did not have a license to drive.\u00a0<\/span>The driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim entered Taraval Station to report an incident of indecent exposure. The victim stated that she had been walking and looking at her cell phone before she noticed that a vehicle had stopped next to her. The victim looked at the vehicle and observed that the suspect was watching her and masturbating with his genitals exposed. The victim attempted to take a photo of the suspect but the suspect immediately drove away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
