Assault \u2013 Vandalism to Vehicle \u2013 Case# 210454889<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that he had been behind a very slow vehicle while entering a parking garage and honked at the vehicle before going around it. The victim then parked his vehicle and the suspect, who was sitting in his vehicle, made a comment at the victim. The victim responded with his own comment and walked away from the suspect after a minor altercation. The suspect then backed up his vehicle and fired shots, later determined from a BB gun, at the victim’s vehicle before driving away from the area. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that the suspect had thrown a wet paper towel down at him while he was outside smoking.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span><\/strong><\/span>The victims reported that they had been driving around after visiting the zoo, had gotten lost and had stopped in their car when two suspects approached them suddenly. The first suspect began talking to the victims while the second suspect walked to the passenger’s side of the vehicle. Shortly afterwards, one of the suspects pointed a rifle at the victims and instructed them to exit their car. Both suspects then entered the vehicle and drove off with it. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
