\nOfficers responded to a report of an assault. The victim, a store employee, reported that the suspect had been acting suspiciously and believed that the suspect was shoplifting. The victim then exited the store to call the police. However, the suspect followed the victim and started yelling at her and attempting to punch her before walking away.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe witness reported that he had heard suspicious noises from a vacant unit and looked out the window to investigate. The witness stated that the suspect was observed holding a knife while throwing items out of a window. Responding officers arrived at the location, detained the suspect and observed that the unit’s front window was broken. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
