Assault with a Gun – Arrested \u2013 Case# 210507723<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nThe witness reported that the suspect and victim were observed walking side by side and seemed to be arguing. A short time later, the suspect was observed pointing a gun at the victim for a few seconds before putting it out of sight again. The witness stated that the suspect and victim hugged each other afterwards. Responding officers located the suspect and a search revealed a firearm in their possession. The victim refused to press charges but after further investigation, it was determined that the suspect may have been involved in a traffic collision on 47th Avenue before fleeing from the scene.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to the report of a tresspasser. The witness, an employee for the building’s security, stated that the suspect was trespassing in the apartment and signed a citizen’s arrest form for the suspect’s arrest. After further investigation, the\u00a0<\/span>suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim, an employee of a food court restaurant, reported that the suspect had placed a food order before getting upset and throwing items at the victim. The suspect then left the area. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
