\nAn officer was on patrol in the area and observed the subject pushing a scooter before crossing a street despite a red stop light. The officer detained the subject and a search revealed a five inch blade in his possession. A computer check revealed that the subject also had an arrest warrant and was wanted in connection to numerous incidents of vandalism in the district.\u00a0<\/span>The subject was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
