Arson \u2013 Arrested \u2013 Case# 210550540<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of a fire. The witness reported that the suspect was observed pacing in front of a store and talking to himself for a short amount of time before lighting a fire in two stacks of cardboard nearby. The suspect then walked away. Responding officers located the suspect and detained him without incident. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vandalism to Vehicle \u2013 Arrested \u2013 Case# 210548846<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nThe victim reported that he had gone to investigate suspicious noises outside, which sounded like metal being banged against concrete, and observed the suspect holding a metal pipe and a knife before using the pipe to damage the victim’s vehicle. The suspect then entered a nearby house. Responding officers arrived at the location and made contact with the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was detained and later arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n19th Ave & Sloat Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they conducted a well being check on a driver, who appeared to be unconscious or asleep inside a vehicle. After approaching the vehicle, the officers observed that the driver had passed out with his foot on the brakes and the vehicle in drive gear. Multiple attempts were necessary to successfully wake the driver up to open the vehicle’s door. Illegal narcotics where then observed on the vehicle’s seat and after further investigation and testing, the suspect was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe reported that he had been walking towards a homeless person to give him money when an unknown suspect tripped the victim, causing the victim to fall on to the ground. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
