\nThe victim reported that he had been collecting empty cans when a suspect, who had been following him, threw an orange traffic cone that struck the victim’s head. The suspect immediately fled the area afterwards. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of two subjects who had passed out inside a vehicle that occupying a lane of traffic. Responding officers located the vehicle and had to make numerous attempts to wake up the driver. After further investigation and testing,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>the driver was arrested<\/span> for being under the influence of alcohol and driving.<\/span><\/p>\n
