\nOfficers responded to a report of a person on a scooter had failed to stop at a stop sign and struck another vehicle. The scooter’s rider then called to the suspect, who was nearby. The suspect then came over to the victim’s vehicle and starting punching the victim’s car window before dragging the victim out of his vehicle and striking the victim numerous times. Responding officers arrived at the location and detained the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
