\nOfficers responded to a report of a robbery and made contact with the victim, who was incoherently rambling and had trouble being consistent while stating what had occurred during the incident. After further investigation, it was determined that the suspect had used a stun gun on the victim before taking the victim’s property. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
