\nOfficers responded to a 911 call which reported that the sound of voices had been heard outside of the caller’s house. Responding officers arrived at the location and made contact with the subject, who had been sleeping in front of the house’s driveway. A computer check revealed that the subject had an arrest warrant out of Belmont. The subject was transported to the county jail, despite an attempt to flee during transport.\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe witness reported that the suspect had been observed taking multiple items of store merchandise and not paying for them. Responding officers located the suspect and a computer check revealed an arrest warrant.\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of an incident of battery in which the victim, a USPS employee, had been spat on. The victim stated that he had been working and making a delivery when the suspect walked by and suddenly spat at him. Responding officers located the suspect and a computer check revealed an arrest warrant.<\/span>\u00a0The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
