Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a woman who stated that one of her neighbors came out and began to yell at her. As they were talking, a man came out and sprayed her with an unknown liquid. Her neighbor and the man then walked away into their apartment. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The officers cited the man for battery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Forcible Entry<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 5:09pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 2000 20th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a residential burglary with forcible entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers spoke to a man who stated that earlier before he left, he locked all the doors to the house. The next morning, he returned to the house to discover that several tools were missing. The officers examined possible entrances of the house, and noticed that one of the doors was possibly pried open due to the damage on the door. The officers believe the unknown suspect\u2019s point of entry and exit was through the damaged door.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Forcible Entry<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 6:17pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 00 El Mirasol Pl<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a residential burglary with forcible entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers spoke to a woman who stated that when she returned to her home, she noticed that an unknown suspect broke into her home. The woman stated that the unknown suspect damaged several doors, and stole her personal belongings, money, credit cards, and check books. The officers determined that the point of entry and exit was through the back door.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Unlawful Entry \u2013 Hot Prowl<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 7:43pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 300 Arballo Dr<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a residential burglary with unlawful entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a woman who stated that an unknown suspect was inside her residence. The woman was in her residence when she heard the unknown suspect moving her window blinds and yell out several times. After she heard the unknown suspect move her window blinds again, she went out and observed him exiting out of the window. She does not believe that the unknown suspect took any of her personal belongings.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect: Black male, 5\u201911\u201d, 25-30 years old, 170 lbs, black hair. LSW: Blue jacket, white t-shirt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 6:02am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 1000 Junipero Serra Blvd<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a male subject passed out in a vehicle. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer observed a parked vehicle with its engine running. The officer approached the driver and spoke to the driver. The officer then performed a records and warrant check on the man. He discovered that there was an outstanding warrant for the man\u2019s arrest. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The officer arrested and booked the man.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from Building<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 3:52pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 00 Cragmont Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman came into Taraval Station to report a theft. The woman stated to the officer that she placed several of her valuables into a bag and onto a table. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a woman who stated that she observed a suspect moving the tarps on her property. After the suspect fled the scene, the woman checked her vehicle. She noticed new damage to the driver\u2019s side front panel. The woman stated that in the past, the suspect vandalized her vehicle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief \u2013 Vandalism to Property<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 9:50am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 900 Brotherhood Way<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to vandalism to property incident. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a man who stated that an unknown suspect used a knife to damage piece of property on the building\u2019s premises. The officers observed scratch marks on the piece of property.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief \u2013 Vandalism to Vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 8:32pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 19th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman came into Taraval Station to report vandalism to her vehicle. The woman stated to the officer that when she returned to her vehicle, she discovered that an unknown suspect broke her passenger side front door window.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief \u2013 Breaking Windows<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 9:47pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 1000 27th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a vandalism report involving broken windows. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a woman who stated that when she returned to the residence, she discovered a window was damaged. The woman stated that all the doors remained locked, and the house appeared to be undisturbed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fraud \u2013 False Personation to Receive Money or Property<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 12:40pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 200 Corona St<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a report of fraud. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer spoke to a woman who stated that earlier an unknown male contacted her claiming to be from the IRS. The man told her she needed to call a particular man and pay him the money she owed. The woman noticed that the number the man gave her was the same number the man used to call her.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fraud \u2013 Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 1:53pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 1000 Irving St<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a report of fraud. Upon arrival at the scene, the man met a man who stated that a man contacted him to purchase store merchandise. The man provided his personal information and a credit card number over the phone. He stated that a friend would come over to sign the receipt and pick up the store merchandise. A suspect came to the building, signed the receipt, and took the store merchandise. Later, the man received a notice from a bank stating that the owner of the credit card number disputed the charge for the store merchandise sold.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards \u2013 Theft from Locked Vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 6:43pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Lake Merced Blvd<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman came into Taraval Station to report a fraud and theft from her vehicle. The woman stated to the officer that when she returned to her vehicle, she discovered that an unknown suspect broke her driver door window and stole several of her personal belongings. An anonymous witness informed her that he saw a suspect looking inside her vehicle. When the woman called her bank, they informed her that an unknown suspect used her debit card to make a purchase. The woman did not authorize anyone to use her debit card make the purchase.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect: Asian male, 6\u20190\u201d, 25-35 years old, 210 lbs, black hair.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Arson of Vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 1:05am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Taraval St and Great Highway<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of arson from dispatch. Upon arrival, the officers met with other officers already on the scene. One of the officers on the scene stated that he spoke to a witness who notified the authorities. The witness saw a man in the vehicle at the time when he passed the vehicle. He went back to the vehicle once he saw that it was engulfed in flames, but the man was no longer there. Firefighters determined that no one was inside the vehicle when it went up in flames. The officers proceeded to tow the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspicious Occurrence<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 6:45pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 00 Entrada Ct<\/strong><br \/>\nA man came into Taraval Station to report a suspicious occurrence. The man stated to the officer that he observed an unknown suspect pull up into a driveway, exit the vehicle, look around, reenter the vehicle, and drive off. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer spoke to two men who stated that they locked the doors to the home before they left. When they returned to the home, they discovered that an unknown suspect pried open the lock box and removed the key. When they went inside the home, they discovered that several tools were missing. The officer observed that a side door to the home was damaged from being pried opened.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Unlawful Entry<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 8:04am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 1000 28th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a report of a residential burglary with unlawful entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met the owner of the residence who stated that an unknown suspect stole his spouse\u2019s personal belongings. The owner stated that his family and he were gone for several days before they returned to the residence. The officer observed no sign of forcible entry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stolen Plate<\/strong><br \/>\n8:40pm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0200 Kensington Way<\/p>\n<p><strong>SATURDAY, May 10th, 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 10:00am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 100 Grijalva Dr<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a call of theft. The victim stated that she had her property under a tarp, however now her property is missing. She stated that she heard noises in her backyard prior to her property becoming missing. She told the officers she may know who stolen her property.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft \u2013 Shoplifting \u2013 Vandalism to Vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 12:18pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 700 Taraval St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a shoplifting incident at a grocery store. Upon arrival at the scene the officers were told that the suspect has been detained. Prior to the officer\u2019s arrival the manager of the grocery store stated that the suspect was shoplifting and later became angry and vandalized a vehicle outside the store. The officers were told multiple citizens helped apprehend the suspect.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief \u2013 Vandalism to Vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 5:12pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 3000 20th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a vehicle vandalism incident in a parking lot. Upon arrival at the scene the victim told the officers that the damage to his vehicle was not on his vehicle prior to being parked. He does not know how the damage occurred and wanted a police report for insurance purposes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief \u2013 Breaking Windows<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 10:08pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 1000 11th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a broken window incident in a residence. Upon arrival at the scene the scene, the resident told the officers that he heard the sound of glass breaking and voices on his roof. The officers then saw broken glass in the resident\u2019s bathroom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving With Suspended Driver Licenses &#8211; Cited<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 11:49pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Sunset Blvd and Ulloa St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers in full uniform were conducting traffic enforcement and conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle without a front license plate. The driver was identified through a computer search because he did not possess a driver license. The computer searched revealed that the driver\u2019s license was suspended. Upon arrival, the officers identified the vehicle and made contact with the occupant. A computer query revealed that the man had an outstanding warrant. The man was booked at the station.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from a Building<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 12:06 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 2200 31st Street<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman came into the station to report theft. She told the officer that a package was missing from her front door step. Her mother answered the door and told the deliverer to leave the package on the porch so the dog won\u2019t run out while to door was open. When her mother went to go get the package a little while later, it was missing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft \u2013 Shoplifting \u2013 Cited<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 12:10 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 3200 20th Avenue<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer was dispatched to a call regarding a person in custody. Upon arrival, the officer met with a Loss Prevention Agent who told the officer that he observed the suspect through the surveillance. The agent saw the woman concealing a few items in a bag. The agent watched as the woman walked out of the store, passing several open and available registers. The agent had a Loss Prevention Officer detain the woman. The Loss Prevention personal recovered articles that did not belong to the store. When questioned, the woman admitted to stealing them from a different store. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The woman was cited for petty theft.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft \u2013 Shoplifting<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 12:35 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 1200 9th Avenue<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a call about theft. Upon arrival, the officer met with the owner who stated that she and her mother were working when the unknown suspect walked in. The owner asked the man if he needed assistance in which he gave a grunt for an answer. As the suspect was leaving the store, the owner noticed one of the store items in his pocket. As she confronted him, the man took off. When the owner returned to her store, she noticed some other items missing.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect : Black male, between 45-55, 6\u20192\u201d, 170lbs. LSW: Black coat, ill fitting shoes, dark sunglasses, fedora, white hospital bracelet, carrying a fuchsia envelope.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from a Vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n10:08 pm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Martin Luther King Jr. Drive\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a02014 White Dodge Journey<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fraud<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 11:11 am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 3800 Noriega Street<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer was dispatched to a report of fraudulence. Upon arrival, the officer met with an employee who told the officer that he received a call from a company disconnect service about a bill. The caller told the employee that he had to pay the bill or his service would be disconnected. The caller stated that he would respond to the store to collect the money. The employee called the number back and an unknown male answered the phone. The employee then called customer service to find that the disconnect service was a fraud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Forged Checks<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 12:15 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 2500 14th Avenue<\/strong><br \/>\nA man walked into the station to report fraud. The man received a notice from his bank about an account being overdrawn. Upon further investigation, the man discovered checks were written on the statement. He told the officer that he did not sign nor authorize the signature on the checks. He said he ordered new checks but never received them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving with a Suspended License \u2013 Cited<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 4:25 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Judah and 28th Avenue<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer on duty observed a vehicle conduct a left turn during a time where it was prohibited. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a couple who stated that after they purchased their home, they began receiving annoying and harassing phone calls from an unknown caller. The couple told the unknown caller that the person he is seeking no longer lives in the home, and that he has the wrong number. However, the caller still calls several times a day and becomes more belligerent after each call. The couple feels threatened and unsafe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Battery<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 10:49am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 1000 Ocean Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a battery incident. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a woman who stated that when she was eating, an unknown suspect approached her. The unknown suspect accused her of attempting to pick a fight. She also threw food at her and assaulted her. The officer then spoke to the manager who stated that the unknown suspect frequents the building.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect: Black female, 5\u20190\u201d, 20-40 years old, 100 lbs, black hair, and brown eyes. LSW: Black headband, black t-shirt, and gray shorts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Forcible Entry<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 6:40pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 300 Wawona St<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a residential burglary with forcible entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a man who stated that he locked and secured his home before he left. When he returned to his home, he noticed that an unknown suspect moved his furniture and stole several of his personal belongings. The man also stated that when he returned home, he found the rear door unlocked and smudge marks by a window. The officer determined the point of entry was through the window, and the point of exit was through the rear door.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect: Black male, 5\u20196\u201d, 150 lbs. LSW: Bomber jacket with red stripes, hat, glasses, and pants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 4:31pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Randolph St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers on patrol observed a subject they recognized stop in front of a known drug house. The officer approached the man and asked him to not smoke at his current area. As the officer was speaking to the man, the man started to argue and yell at the officer because he wanted to smoke. The officer told him he could not smoke because there was a no smoking sign behind him. Despite the warning, the man still lit a cigarette. The officer placed the man in handcuffs and advised him that he could be cited for his violation. The man apologized and said he wanted to leave the area. The officer gave him a certificate of release form and released him at the scene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief \u2013 Vandalism to Vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 8:33 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 2000 San Jose Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a vandalized vehicle incident. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a man who stated that earlier he parked his locked and undamaged vehicle. The next morning, he returned to his vehicle and discovered that an unknown suspect damaged his driver\u2019s side door. Upon arrival the victim told the officer that the chain to her residence was been damaged and her fence has been pulled down. The victim also stated she was missing property. The officer was able to locate a video camera in the vicinity.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect: White male, between age 30 \u2013 50 5\u20198, hair: Dark gray, flat on top with white streaks, grey beard with white, LSW: Black hat, white tank top, khaki pants, and boots.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Burglary \u2013 Forcible Entry (Building Under Construction)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 6:21am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 1000 26th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer was dispatched to a burglary in a house that was under construction. The victim told the officer that he was sure the gate to the house was locked. However when the victim returned to the house, the lock was removed and the gate was open. He stated that a large amount of tools were missing. CSI was called to the scene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 3:50pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Randolph St and Victoria St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers were dispatched to a possible vehicle with a gun. The officers were unable to locate the vehicle, however an officer was able to locate a man he knew from prior incidents. He told the officers he left his vehicle secure, however when he returned to his vehicle the vehicle was vandalized by paint.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fraud \u2013 Access Card<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 2:43pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 1000 Taraval St<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman came to Taraval to report fraud. She stated that her ATM card was stolen and a suspect was taking money out of the account without her permission. She stated previously she notified the bank to cancel her card, however they did not.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fraud \u2013 False Personation<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 3:06pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> 800 Irving St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a case of fraud. The officers were informed that a male suspect was attempting to cash a check with a fake ID. During the stop the officers smelled a strong odor of marijuana and the driver and his passenger did not possess a Medical Cannabis card. The officers then found numerous bags of marijuana on the driver and the passenger\u2019s possession. A computer check revealed that the driver\u2019s driver license was suspended. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license, seat belt violation, and possession of marijuana.
