Assault – Case# 210646155<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a hospital regarding an incident of assault. The victim, a professional photographer, reported that he had been taking photos of a produce market when an employee emerged and accused him of taking photos of himself. An argument ensued and shortly after, a second suspect exited the market. The victim felt threatened that one of the suspects was too closed to him and pushed one of the suspects away from him but did not cause the suspect to fall down. The suspect responded and also pushed the victim, causing the victim to fall and injure his head on the concrete street.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim reported that she had just parked her vehicle when a second vehicle parked next to her and the passenger, the suspect, hit the victim’s vehicle when they opened their door. The victim stated she did not say anything about the incident but when the suspect walked by the victim, the suspect told the victim to not hit their vehicle. The victim responded that the suspect should apologize and the suspect became upset and attacked the victim. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOne incident of domestic violence and one violation of a stay away order; the\u00a0suspect was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
