\nThe victim reported that he had been walking when the suspect approached him and pointed something in a black plastic bag at him. The victim, fearfully believing that the suspect had a gun, dropped his property on to the floor and walked away from the suspect. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim reported that he had been sitting in his vehicle when he observed a known suspect throwing a rock at a window on the victim’s house. The victim immediately confronted the suspect and attempted to grab the suspect before missing and falling. The suspect walked away from the victim. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
