\nThe witness reported that the suspect, a known shoplifter, had entered the store and selected multiple items of merchandise before immediately walking out and not paying for them. The witness approached the suspect and the suspect responded by brandishing a knife at the witness before continuing to leave the area. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Burglary – Robbery with a Gun \u2013 Battery \u2013 Case# 210740440<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n1300 47th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a home invasion. The victim reported that the suspect, who was a friend of one of the victim’s friends, had approached him and claimed that the victim had stolen some of the suspect’s money and clothing. The suspect then punched the victim several times before walking away. After the incident, the victim entered his apartment before having to respond to a knock on his door a short time afterwards. When the door was opened, the suspect then entered the victim’s apartment while holding a gun and proceeded to steal numerous items from the victim before fleeing the area.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n4:46 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n400 Arch St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nTNT officers located the suspect, who had been involved in an incident of assault that occurred in July, and obtained a search warrant. A search revealed evidence relating to the incident and firearms in the suspect’s possession. <\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
