\nThe victim reported that the suspect had been observed breaking three windows on the property. The victim attempted to tell the suspect to stop but the suspect responded by hitting the victim. Responding officers detained the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was taken to the hospital for a psychological evaluation. The victim declined to press charges.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim, a MUNI driver, reported that the LRV had been stopped when the suspect approached the driver’s side window and climbed through. The suspect then attempted to press multiple buttons randomly on the control panel, punched the victim and broke off a window wiper. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was\u00a0cited.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span><\/strong><\/span>The victim reported that the suspect had been observed trespassing onto a construction site and had attempted to break into a shipping container. The victim confronted the suspect, who responded by pushing the victim. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had been asleep on the sidewalk and was woken up by the suspect looking through his property. The victim confronted the suspect who responded by hitting the victim once with an aluminum pole that had been on the ground nearby. The suspect then fled the area. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
