\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a property manager, reported that they had been in the building and waiting for a potential renter when a current tenant, the suspect, confronted him regarding eviction paperwork. The suspect began to take an aggressive stance and the victim attempted to retreat to his vehicle. The suspect followed the victim and took the victim’s cellphone as the victim was recording the suspect’s behavior and actions with it. Responding officers arrived at the location and after further investigation, the suspect was cited.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that he had been standing on the sidewalk when he suddenly felt dizzy and fell down. However, a witness reported that the suspect pushed the victim which caused him to fall and hit his head on the ground. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
