\nThe victim, a store employee, reported that a known shoplifter, the suspect, had entered the store and was observed taking items. The victim confronted the suspect and escorted the suspect out of the store. Once outside, the suspect picked up a nearby flowerpot and threw it at the victim’s face before fleeing the area. The victim stated that the suspect was then observed holding a gun while running away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim reported that they had been inside their apartment when they heard suspicious noises that sounded like power tools being used outside. The witness investigated and observed the suspects tampering with a nearby vehicle. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, it was determined that the suspects were attempting to steal gas from the vehicle. <\/span>The suspects were cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
