\nThe victim reported that he had been driving when he observed the suspect tailgating him. The suspect then passed the victim and they both exchanged glances at each other. When the victim came to a stop, the suspect exited his vehicle and broke the victim’s windows before immediately fleeing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
