\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they observed a vehicle failing to slow down or stop at a red light. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver had never been issued a driver’s license.\u00a0<\/span>The driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
