\nThe victim reported that he had been asleep and woke up to someone punching him. The victim stated that the suspect was standing next to him before taking the victim’s backpack and throwing it out on to the street. Responding officers located the suspect and detained him. The victim declined to press charges.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim reported that the suspect was walking towards his location while holding on to a metal rod. The suspect then swung the rod and hit the victim with it before immediately fleeing the area. After further investigation, it was determined that the suspect had also shoplifted at a nearby store.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
