\nOfficers responded to a report of a suspect shoplifting. Responding officers made contact with the victim, who stated that the suspect had just left the scene after stealing money from the store and spitting at the victim. The suspect, who also spit on the officers, was located and detained. A<\/span>fter further investigation,\u00a0the suspect was arrested.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Brandishing a Weapon \u2013 Case# 220391936<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nThe victim reported that they had been walking on the street when the suspect walked towards them while brandishing a knife. The suspect demanded that the victim to get away from him and continued walking pass the victim. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Case# 220391607<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n2:02 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n800 Gonzalez Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of threats with a gun. The victim stated that they were waiting, with a friend, for a ride share when the suspect approached them, made threats and pointed a firearm at them. The suspect then left the scene. Responding officers obtained video footage of the incident and identified the suspect. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Search Warrant – Parole Violation – Case# 220357483<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n12:20 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n800 Gonzalez Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nBased on investigation in regard to a previous incident, case #220391607, a search warrant was obtained for the suspect that was identified by video footage. Plain clothes officers located and detained the suspect without incident. A search of the suspect’s home revealed a firearm and other items of interest.\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Evading Police \u2013 Case# 220392235<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nSerrano Dr & Arballo Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol in the area and observed a vehicle nearby that had been stolen. The officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the suspect refused to stop and fled at a high and unsafe speed away from the officers. The officers did not pursue the suspect due to public safety.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a suspect brandishing a knife. The victims reported that they had been walking on the street when they observed that the suspect was following them. The victim took out their canister of mace and the suspect responded by brandishing a knife at the victims. The suspect then left the area after being scared away by another person. Responding officers located the suspect and cited him.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
