\nThe witness, a building employee, stated that the two suspects were observed breaking the window to a vacant unit and entering the unit. The witness also reported that the suspects were observed breaking into other vacant units and causing damages. Responding officers detained the suspects, who were walking out from inside the unit. A computer check revealed an arrest warrant for one of the suspects. The first suspect was arrested for the warrant<\/span> and the second suspect was cited.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
