\nThe witness reported that the suspect, who was in a wheelchair, crossing the street. Shortly afterwards, the witness heard gun shots and saw that the suspect was holding a gun. The witness then observed the suspect attempting to navigate up a curb and fall. Responding officers arrived at the scene and located the suspect, who was on the ground. The suspect was detained and a search located the firearm. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
