\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery and vehicle collision. The victim stated that the suspect’s vehicle, which had been in front of them had stopped abruptly. The victim stopped their own vehicle in time without hitting the suspect’s vehicle. However, the suspect immediately exited their vehicle and confronted the victim. The victim attempted to call 911 but the suspect grabbed the victim’s cell phone and threw something that hit both the victim and the victim’s passenger. The suspect then took the cell phone and left the area. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
