Brandishing a Weapon \u2013 Case# 220867404<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of a suspect brandishing a gun. The victim reported that they had been inside when they observed the suspect rummaging in their vehicle, that was parked outside. The victim yelled at the suspect through a window and the suspect responded by turning and brandishing a gun at the victim before walking away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery \u2013 Case# 220867307<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a store employee, reported that the suspect had attempted to exchange an item but was unable to do so. The suspect became upset and swore at the victim before pushing a chair at the victim, which hit the victim’s knees. The suspect then walked out of the store. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery between neighbors. The victim reported that they had been in an argument with the next door neighbor, the suspect, and was pushed. After further investigation, the suspect was later cited.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
