\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a MUNI driver, stated that the suspect had refused the request to exit the vehicle at the final stop. The victim confronted the suspect, who responded angrily and punched the victim. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that the suspect, their roommate, had hit them on their head. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim reported that they had heard their car alarm sounding off and observed the suspect, who was known to the victim, parked next to it along with four other people. The victim stated that they believed the suspect had stolen the victim’s vehicle previously and demanded the keys back. One of the other four people with the suspect, responded by removing a firearm from their vehicle and shooting the victim’s leg.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
