\nOfficers responded to a report of an assault. Responding officers made contact with the witness and victim who stated that they had been outside smoking when the suspect walked up to the victim and hit the victim’s head with a metal object. The suspect then entered a vehicle and immediately fled the area. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
