\nThe victim reported that the suspect, an acquaintance, had been threatening them from outside the victim’s bedroom. Shortly afterwards, the victim heard the sound of a lighter being clicked on and smelled smoke. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Attempted Vehicle Burglary – Resisting Arrest \u2013 Warrant Arrest

\n3000 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficer responded to a report of a vehicle burglary in progress. The witness stated that the suspect was observed trying to break into an employer’s truck. The responding officer located the suspect, who immediately attempted to turn away from the officer despite an attempt to detain them. The suspect then resisted arrest and pepper spray usage was deemed necessary. Additional officers arrived on scene shortly afterwards and the suspect was detained without further incident. A computer check revealed an arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
