Battery \u2013 Case# 230044761<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to an incident of battery. The victim stated that the suspect had approached them, while they were waiting at a bus stop, and began pulling on the victim in an attempt to engage in a fight. The victim tried to call for help but the suspect tossed the victim’s phone away and began punching the victim. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n19th Ave & Winston Dt<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of an incident of battery. The victim stated that they had accidentally bumped into the suspect’s shoulder. The suspect, and their friends, then engaged in an argument with the victim. The victim responded by throwing water from their water bottle at the suspect and was later punched by one of the suspect’s friends. The victim then walked away from the suspect.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery \u2013 Case# 230044476<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n5:10 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n3000 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim stated that they and the suspect had previously been friends and had attended the same school a few years ago. The suspect and victim engaged in an argument and the suspect attempted to take the victim’s property. The suspect and victim eventually separated but shortly afterwards, both their group of friends then started pushing each other. During the incident, the victim lost their phone.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Graffiti \u2013 Resisting Arrest \u2013 Case# 230042947<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n2200 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of graffiti and detained two suspects, despite both suspects attempting to immediately flee from the officers. After further investigation, both suspects were cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
