\nOfficers responded to a report of an incident of battery. The victim stated that the suspect had become angry and threw food at the victim after being told that they could not get a refund.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim stated that the suspect had entered the restaurant, brandished the handle of a gun at the victim and told the victim to be quiet. The suspect then stole the money from the tip jar and immediately left the area.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Carjacking \u2013 Case# 230048252<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n24th Ave & Kirkham St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThe victim stated that they had parked their vehicle but had left the keys inside. The suspect then entered the vehicle and attempted to drive off in it but was stopped by the victim. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
