\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a store employee, stated that they had been stocking the refrigerator when they thought they heard somebody talking to them. The victim turned their head and the suspect then hit the victim’s back. The suspect walked away when the victim called the police.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim came to Taraval Station to report that a trespasser had been observed, vial surveillance footage, climbing the victim’s fence and exiting the property. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of two suspects fighting with weapons. The witness stated that one suspect was holding a knife while the second suspect was holding a baton. Responding officers arrived at the location and detained the two suspects. <\/span>After further investigation, <\/span>one suspect was arrested and the other suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Robbery \u2013 Carry a Concealed Weapon \u2013 Case# 230088991<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of a subject with a knife chasing after another person. The victim stated that they had been inside the store when they overheard the store’s owner confronting the suspect over shoplifting. An argument ensued and then escalated with the suspect observed making stabbing and slicing motions with a knife. The victim confronted the suspect, who then directed their attention to the victim. Responding officers detained two subjects and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span>\u00a0The store owner suffered from head lacerations during the incident.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
