\nOfficers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim stated that they had been outside their home when they observed two suspects loitering across the street. Shortly afterwards, the victim went back inside before walking back out again and saw their vehicle being driven away. The vehicle then rear ended another vehicle nearby that had just pulled out of a parking space. The victim’s wife stated that she had heard a gunshot as the suspect was leaving but did not see a gun.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim told the officers that he had walked across the street to ask the suspect to stop idling his motorcycle and attempted to start by asking “what’s going on?”. The suspect responded that they would pepper spray the victim if the victim did not back away. The victim repeated their question and was pepper sprayed. The suspect then left the area.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim stated that they had just finished watching a basketball game at school and was in the parking lot when two suspects approached and brandished a gun before demanding the victim’s property. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
