\nThe witness stated that the suspect was observed pointing a firearm into the air before firing three shots and then speeding away from the area. Responding officers arrived at the location and found spent casings after a search of the area.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to the library regarding an assault. The victims stated that a known suspect had spilled liquid on to the floor but was not in the building when they searched for the suspect. When the suspect returned to library, the victims asked the suspect to leave. The suspect responded angrily and threw a metal trash can, which hit one of the victims and caused injuries. The suspect then left the property.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim stated that they had been walking their dog when they observed the suspect attempting to break into a vehicle. The victim yelled at the suspect and then tried to take a photo of the suspect with their phone. The suspect immediately got into a nearby vehicle and drove past the victim before coming to a stop. The suspect then exited the vehicle and began shooting, without pointing towards the victim, at the ground with a gun and then shooting down the street. The suspect then fled the area. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
