\nThe victim reported that they had heard a loud noise, like an explosion, and discovered that a window had been shattered with a bullet fragment nearby. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim stated that they had been seated on a MUNI when the suspect approached, made a comment and slapped the victim for no apparent reason. The suspect then argued with the MUNI driver before exiting the vehicle. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe management of Park Merced reported that a vacant apartment was being occupied with trespassers. Responding officers made contact with the four suspects and cited them. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, who was belligerent and confrontational, stated that the bartender had refused service and told him to leave the bar. As the victim was leaving, the suspect slapped the suspect’s face. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
