\nThe victim stated that they had changed lanes right before a red light and stopped when the suspect, who had been driving behind the victim, walked up and spat at the victim’s window. The victim drove away but the suspect followed the victim. The victim then stopped the vehicle and the suspect walked up again and started taking photos of the victim. The victim exited the vehicle and also took photos of the suspect. The suspect responded by throwing the victim on to the ground before driving away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
