\nOfficers responded to a report of a suspect who was walking in and out of traffic while throwing small objects at passing vehicles. Responding officers located the suspect, based on a victim’s statement. The victim declined to press charges but a computer check revealed an arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
