\nThe victim stated that they had been crossing the street when they were almost hit by a vehicle and the victim threw their coffee cup at the vehicle. The suspect then exited the vehicle and threw the cup back at the victim before slapping the victim’s face. After a brief struggle with the victim, the suspect left the area in their vehicle. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they observed a vehicle failing to stop at a stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that they had never been issued a driver’s license. <\/span>The driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
