\nTwo victims were walking past the suspect, who had just kicked a metal pole on the sidewalk. The suspect then asked the victims if they thought he was funny and followed them demanding that they answer him. The victims fled into a nearby bookstore and the owner closed the door on the suspect. The suspect later walked away.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim, a store employee, stated that the suspect was caught shoplifting and exchanged words with the suspect. The suspect then hit the victim with an item, a shirt, that they had been carrying before walking away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Brandishing a Weapon \u2013 Case# 230447319<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nA security employee, the victim, stated that they had been patrolling the area when they observed a suspicious person, the suspect, sitting inside a vehicle. The victim took a photo of the vehicle’s license plate and began walking away. Shortly after, the suspect drove up and brandished a gun at the victim before driving away.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
