\nOfficers were conducting speed enforcement and observed a vehicle traveling at 57 MPH and attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the vehicle immediately fled away at a high and dangerous speed. The officers did not chase the vehicle due to public safety. Several minutes later, it was reported that the vehicle was involved in a collision at Ocean Avenue and San Fernando Way. Responding officers arrived at the location but the occupants had already fled the area. The vehicle was towed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
