\nThe witness reported that they had observed the suspect breaking into a nearby home and also possibly climbing over backyard fences. Responding officers set up a perimeter and detained the suspect while he was exiting the building. The witness then confirmed that the suspect was the one they had observed earlier and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim reported that the suspect had cut them off while they were driving, which upset them and the victim started to follow the suspect. Shortly after, the suspect stopped their vehicle and walked over to the victim’s vehicle and poured coffee on it. Afterwards, the victim continued to follow the suspect until the suspect stopped again. The suspect walked over to the victim’s car, opened the door and sprayed an unknown chemical on the victim and inside the victim’s car. The suspect then drove away from the victim. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim, a delivery person, reported that the suspect had pulled up next to them and yelled at them. The victim stated that the suspect was also holding a firearm. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
