\nThe victim reported that they had located a bullet hole in their vehicle and recalled hearing a gunshot on 7\/17\/2023 before a nearby vehicle sped away from them. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim stated that they had observed the suspect arguing with another passenger on the LRV and then attempting to pull the passenger out of the LRV. The victim intervened and attempted to stop the fight but the suspect responded by grabbing the victim’s sweater and trying to throw them off the LRV as well. The victim held on to a nearby pole and the suspect then punched the victim’s legs multiple times before exiting the LRV.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
