\nOfficers responded to a known suspect who was refusing to let the building’s maintenance personnel, the victim, into an apartment. Responding officers arrived at the location and detained the suspect. A computer check revealed an arrest warrant. A search revealed methamphetamine in the suspect’s possession<\/span>.
