\nThe victim stated that they had just opened their garage door when they suddenly heard a gunshot. The victim ran out side to investigate and saw the suspect near his vehicle. The suspect immediately ran back to their vehicle while pointing a gun at the victim and fled the area. Responding officers, via a video from a nearby security camera, observed the suspect trying to gain entrance to the residence and also located a fired cartridge casing nearby.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe witness stated that the vehicle had double parked before the suspect exited the driver’s side and started shooting with an assault rifle towards the liquor store. The suspect then entered their vehicle and fled the area. One victim suffered a gunshot wound to their leg in addition to property damages to the building. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
